The WordPress problems
everyone else
escalates to me.

Seven years inside Rocket.net, Hostinger and NameSilo ticket queues: migrations, DNS, deliverability, speed. If it broke at 2am, there is a good chance I have already seen it.

Where the hours went

Three platforms, one throughline: the messier the incident, the steadier the hands.

I learned WordPress from the side that breaks: ticket queues, not tutorials. Every role added a layer: code first, then servers, then the customer in the middle of both.

  • 3,500+ incidents closed, 5.0 ★ on Trustpilot
  • Zero-downtime migrations for publishers & WooCommerce
  • Sub-2-hour response standard for critical issues

The longer story

  • WordPress Engineer

    Rocket.net · 2021–Present

Enterprise WordPress fleets on Cloudflare + LiteSpeed. Hundreds of zero-downtime migrations, the escalation queue for PHP and database mysteries, and playbooks the global team now runs on.

  • Senior Customer Success

    Hostinger · 2019–2021

Thirty to fifty live WordPress cases a day: server errors, SSL failures, DNS cutovers. The hard ones found my queue; junior agents found my shoulder.

  • Developer & DNS Support

    NameSilo + freelance · 2016–2019

Registrar-scale domain and DNS support, plus custom WordPress and Laravel builds, where the infrastructure instincts got planted.

FAQ

Asked before every engagement

The honest answers, up front.

How do you structure your retainers?

Retainers are billed as dedicated time blocks, usually monthly. Unused hours roll over for up to 30 days, and you get a written summary of every task completed with time tracking attached.

Do you provide after-hours or emergency coverage?

Yes. Critical incidents (site down, 500 errors, DNS failures, SSL emergencies) get triage within 2 hours, including evenings and weekends in GMT+6. Agencies on care plans get priority escalation.

Can you collaborate with in-house development teams?

Yes. I work inside your existing workflow: Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, or your helpdesk. I document every change so your developers keep full context, and I never push to production without approval.

What platforms do you support?

Managed hosts (Rocket.net, Kinsta, WP Engine), cloud platforms (Cloudways, DigitalOcean, AWS), cPanel/WHM shared hosting, and custom VPS/dedicated servers with LiteSpeed or NGINX.
